  • "The Voice" finale is basically going to be a free concert - and the lineup is promising. Bruno Mars, Christina Aguilera, Cher, Florida Georgia Line and Nelly are all scheduled to take the stage. [EW]
  • The "Veronica Mars" casting team has been on the case! Francis Capra (Weevil), Percy Daggs III (Wallace Fennel), and Chris Lowell (Piz) are all on board for the Kickstarter-funded movie. [Deadline]
  • We love that Lady Gaga's not too cool to be a bridesmaid in her gal pal's wedding. The singer was spotted taking part in the Cabo San Lucas ceremony over the weekend. [GossipCop]
  • That's not a bird, a plane or an earthquake in the first trailer for "The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug," but the feared dragon itself. Peter Jackson's next installment in "The Hobbit" franchise will arrive December 13.

Mumford bassist hospitalized with blood clot

Mumford & Sons bassist Ted Dwane received emergency treatment on Monday after doctors discovered that the musician had a blood clot on the surface of his brain.

As the Grammy-winning group explains in a statement on its website, Ted had been "feeling unwell for days," and went into the hospital yesterday for treatment and was sent into surgery after scans uncovered the clot.

'Bachelorette' contestant gets caught in a lie

At first, Monday night's "Bachelorette" episode looked like something we've already seen before.

It started off with the proverbial group date that would've been hip about five or six years ago - in this case, a dodgeball competition among several of Desiree's suitors - and continued with a one-on-one date involving the classic show standby of climbing on the side of a building.

But between those dates was an explosive situation that led to one suitor getting the boot.

'Breaking Bad,' 'GOT' best drama at Critics' Choice TV Awards

At the 3rd annual Critics’ Choice Television Awards on Monday night, voters couldn't decide if AMC's "Breaking Bad" or HBO's "Game of Thrones" was the best drama of the past year - so both shows were awarded with the honor.

It wasn't the only tie handed out at the awards dinner, as "The Big Bang Theory's" Kaley Cuoco shared her best supporting actress in a comedy win with "The Middle's" Eden Sher. The best reality series category also held two winners: A&E's "Duck Dynasty" and "Push Girls" on Sundance.

Jane Lynch, wife Lara end marriage

"Glee" star Jane Lynch's marriage to Lara Embry has reached the end of its road.

The 52-year-old actress tells CNN in a statement that she and Embry, whom she wed in 2010, are headed for divorce.
