Thanks to "Saturday Night Live's" Kate McKinnon, Wednesday's "Ellen" had twice as much DeGeneres.
The "SNL" comedian put on an Ellen-approved blond wig, sweater and jeans, and came back out on the set as the cheery host's double.
McKinnon's impersonated Ellen before, such as in the "SNL" skit that also had Anne Hathaway taking a stab at playing Katie Holmes:
But while Ellen's watched McKinnon do the impersonation on TV, she'd never actually been around her when it happened.
So on Wednesday's episode, McKinnon showed just how well she could move like the daytime host, dancing with her to Justin Timberlake's "Suit & tie" and later sitting in her big red chair for one of the more entertaining "interviews" we've seen on "Ellen":
This really should become a regular thing.
