Danielle Fishel on why she didn't date 'Boy Meets World' co-starDanielle Fishel and Ben Savage played one of TV's favorite couples in the '90s, so it wouldn't have been too surprising if their romance also moved off-screen. "Boy Meets World: Where are they now?" Yet, in a new interview with Maxim – which she also seductively posed for - Fishel says she and her co-star never went there.
"That rumor was entirely my fault because I once said, on 'The Tyra Banks Show,' that Ben and I went on a date, and that turned into 'Danielle and Ben dated,'" the 31-year-old actress said. "We went on one date, when I was about 15, and by the time the dinner was over we realized mutually that we were more like family than lovers." It's a good thing they have such a rapport, because Fishel and Savage are set to portray family in the pilot for The Disney Channel's "Boy Meets World" spin-off, "Girl Meets World." The two will reprise their roles of Topanga and Cory, except on the pilot they'll be the married parents of two kids. Their daughter, Riley (Rowan Blanchard), will be the story's focus, just as Savage's Cory was on "Boy Meets World." We can only hope the pilot's creative team will work a little of Fishel's personal taste into her character's. The actress says she's a huge fan of '90s rap. "It's my jam. My all-time favorite album is Snoop Dogg's 'Doggystyle,'" she said. "And if you really want to see me embarrass myself, put on some Notorious B.I.G. and watch me grab my crotch and mouth all the words. It's really embarrassing, but I can't help myself." Make it happen, Disney.

Why didn't Disney let her do that same photo shoot when the show started in '93?
Would have easily helped that show like the current shoot is helping the new show.

Heard this on the radio the other day as I pulled into the mall with my girls. Completely horrified them when I jumped out and started to dance impromptu next to the car. It was great, and made even better when 2 others did the same thing.
