How Snooki lost 42 poundsAlmost seven months after giving birth to her first child, Lorenzo, Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi is in fighting shape. The reality star has been working hard to slim down, and is now showing off her 42-pound weight loss on the cover of Us Weekly's latest issue.
"Hard work pays off!" the 25-year-old mom of one tweeted Wednesday, adding a thank you to Express Home Fitness' meal service, her trainer and Florham Park Fitness. As her tweet shows, Snooki turned to proven methods to aid in her weight loss: "You just need to get your a** to the gym and eat healthy!" she told Us Weekly. For the 4'9 fist-pumper, that meant a 1,300 calories-a-day diet and four days of exercise per week. "I lost it for me," Snooki told the magazine of her motivation. I personally admire Snooki. She has her own type of crazy, and even though she ENJOYED her life partying, drinking and hooking up, she has really grown up. Being a mom is nothing easy and for a girl with a past like that... Damn it's pretty impressive. I like Snooki's personality the most because she CHOOSES to be happy even though many people are hating on her because of her past. People really need to stop living in the past and begin living the present. She's living a great life now, probably a better life than the ones that are hating on her. I'm not trying to talk dirt on anyone but why not just let her be happy. I'm really Proud of you Snooks you've come a long way!!!

Fernella all it takes is one change. I quit coffee creamer and lost 40 lbs. My husband quit sodapop he lost 68. Then he went a step further and gave up pasta and lost anotiher 40. He quit eating fatty meat and bread and salt lost 30 more. Now he is at his military weight.his BMI is 22. So, let me get this straight. In order to lose weight I need to a) hire someone to hold me accountable and b) contract a food service? Assuming we lay people can all afford to do those things while pay a nanny to babysit our newborn, we could all lose weight in record speed. This does not give the average woman any hope. It would have been better has she been able to hold herself accountable and then prepped her own healthy meals.
She lost 42 pounds:
– The baby fell out of her – 8 pounds
– she put down the 12 pack of beer – 10 pounds
– stopped ordering pizza every night – 5 pounds
– stopped taking internal wad shots – 19 pounds

Why are you people so mean? Why do you have to be so negative towards a woman who lost 42 lbs? Maybe you don't have any idea of how difficult that is, but that's quite an achievement. How did she lose all that weight? Well, she paid a crap ton of money to have specialized trainers and nutritionists pound her in to shape. How awesome it must be to have the ability to do that. How about you do a story where an average American through hard work and dietary changes loses weight and gets healthy? Who gives a damn about rich people with money hiring professionals to do it for them??
Not to mention, how much of that 42lbs was baby weight? I appauld anyone who loses weight, and gets healthy, but it took her 7 months with a trainer, and special meals being brought in to get there. Doesn't really sound like it was some giant feat, now does it?

Well, since a third of her body weight has been in her big, fat AS$, she must have been in some kind of horrible, mutilating accident that required a complete gluteal maximimal amputation.
