'Breaking Dawn - Part 2' cleans up at RazziesGiven that "The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 2" earned 11 nods for the Golden Raspberry Awards, it wasn't a surprise to learn the movie earned the "dis"-honor of being the worst film of the year. The Golden Raspberry Awards, or Razzies, honor the "worst achievements in film," and this year the organization gave seven awards to the final installment in the "Twilight" franchise.
Kristen Stewart, who hobbled her way down the Oscars red carpet on Sunday, won worst actress, while helmer Bill Condon won worst director. Taylor Lautner won worst supporting actor, and also shared the worst screen couple "dis"-honor with Mackenzie Foy. (At 12, Foy portrayed the half-human, half-vampire baby of the film's starring romantic couple, Bella (Stewart) and Edward (Robert Pattinson). A major thread in "Breaking Dawn - Part 2" surrounds Lautner's character's love for the rapidly growing child, an affection that begins when she's an infant.) To cover all the bases, Razzie voters also gave "Breaking Dawn - Part 2" the worst ensemble, worst remake/rip-off or sequel and worst picture awards. While seven Razzies is a feat, it still doesn't beat Adam Sandler's record. The actor swept the Razzies last year, winning in all 10 categories for "Jack & Jill." i love too read.
I do not even understand how I finished up here, however I thought this put up was once good. I don't understand who you are but certainly you are going to a famous blogger for those who are not already. Cheers!
she takes out all the wondeful things i say about you...you really need to control that...
Kstew and Taylor have a lot to learn and they have the time to do it. You do not become seasoned actors/actresses overnight. Practice makes perfect. You crawl, stumble and fall a lot before you walk.
I have to admit that I have not seen any of these Twilight movies. I find it funny that they won the Razzie for the last one. What about the other ones? Were they equally as bad as the last one?
fix the bitter –
but can't walk the walk
To play a bit of the devils advocate, i do gotta say kristen stewart wasnt bad in the runaways..
you can't respond cuz datz j0mama
twilight rules
Yep. Rules in the category of "stupidest d@mn movie franchise in history". Tween girls' fantasy material. Meh.
I really had a feeling this film would win. It is a cinematic masterpiece. When Edward grabbed up Stella and started slinging her around so the souls kick the werewolves it was just so romantic. Truly a great movie.
You meant he slang around Bella so she could karate kick the werewolves. And yes it was very romantic. Sometimes I do that with my imaginary girlfriend. She LOVES it.
I think they should feel honored to receive these prestiegeous awards. Kirsten was also voted least secksy woman in the world by some group in England. That's a great honor.
Oh, c'mon. It wasn't THAT bad. As a fan of the books, I actually liked BDP2 the best of all the movies. I do, however, entirely agree that KStew and Taylor are awful.
