NBC picks up 'Ironside' pilot with Blair UnderwoodThe '60s-era drama "Ironside" is being remade at NBC. According to the Hollywood Reporter, the network has ordered a pilot for a remake from writer/executive producer Michael Caleo. “A tough, sexy but acerbic police detective relegated to a wheelchair after a shooting is hardly limited by his disability as he pushes and prods his hand-picked team to solve the most difficult cases in the city," NBC says in a description of the new "Ironside." Blair Underwood is on board to star in the lead role Raymond Burr held from 1967 to 1975. David Semel, Teri Weinberg, John Davis and Jon Fox will also serve as producers on the hour-long drama. |

Well...count me in...me and my couch!!! Can't wait...watched Raymond Burr and his Ironside crew every chance I had...loved that show... go Blair...I think you'll do just fine...with your fine self...lol
blair Underwood is still hot...i would take my shirt off for him anytime....
Remakes are amazing sometimes...not always but sometimes...
its going to be a wonderful remake.
I like and respect Blair Underwood...but a re-make of Ironside strikes me as a really poor idea. Another example of the lack of creative thinking by Network Television. If it isn't another silly-ass reality show, it's a re-make of something from the nineteen-fifties, sixties or seventies.
its gonna be ok...don't worry
The only Ironside anyone needs to be concerned with is Michael Ironside and he does not approve of this thread.
rolled out already–"fake" screen

I don't mind remakes of old shows but I can not watch Blair sitting in a wheel chair during the entire show. I have to see him strut across the screen.
thanks for the fun
I just got paid $6784 working on my laptop using these simple steps leaked on this web page. Make up to $85 per hour doing simple tasks that are so easy to do that you won't forgive yourself if you don't check it out! Weekly payments! Here is what I've been doing Rich45.ℂOM
Another remake. Have they just run out of ideas or what? At least, it's not another reality show.
Blairunderwood is fine, I just wish they could do reruns ok Hawaii-5 0 The Rockford Files, Magnum P.I and the list goes on.But maybe it will be good-MB
People are so stupid.
Am not. I'm a good eater.
Webster isn’t gone. He will never be gone. He lives on in each of us. Saying Webster is gone is like saying Santa is gone. We LOVE Good Webster.
(I'm fairly sad gearing he really is gone. We Love Good ol Webster – that's why we always mention him. Webster rules)
webster isn't dead dumb dumb
Blair Underwood was Webster. That's him. A tallented young black actor.
Nope. That is Webster. I saw him on Dancing With The Stars just two seasons ago. He is alive and well. You Go Webster.
Its not Webster. That character was played by a boy named Emmanuel Lewis. He passed away quite some time ago. Your comment is tasteless.
Poor Webster. I liked him. You didn't have to say he was conked out. Everyone loved Webster. If he was here I'd buy him a steak dinner right now! Good ol Webster.
Webster is not dead dumb dumb
I think you are thinking of Gary Coleman who passed away. Emmanuel Lewis is still alive.
