Lance Armstrong won't be 'Dancing' with any starsIt seems Lance Armstrong isn't interested in trying to cha-cha his way back into anyone's good graces. According to Entertainment Weekly, the cyclist turned down an opportunity to compete on "Dancing With the Stars" this spring. ABC, the home of the competitive dancing reality show, reportedly reached out to Armstrong before he confessed to using performance-enhancing substances in a highly publicized two-part interview with Oprah Winfrey, and it seems that wasn't the first time. A rep for Armstrong told EW that “Lance has been offered the show each and every year since its inception. Although flattered, he has passed on their generous offers.” What do you think - should Armstrong have taken ABC up on their offer?

I'm sure most of the thousands of people that have benefitted from the Livestrong Organization would tell you the ends justified the means. People act so innocent & shocked, like the sport's world isnt full of performane enhancing drugs. Lance's teammates admitted to doping with him, & still couldnt keep up. I'm sure they were compinsated well to roll over on him like they did. He may be shamed in the world of cycling, but no one can ever take away the gift of life he gave people with his organization & charities.

I'm still waiting for Livestrong board member Sanjay Gupta to repudiate the nine gallon lie Lance put into his mouth during a 2009 CNN interview to the effect that Armstrong's Tour victories were clean wins attributable to a heart that pumps 9 gallons per minute of unenhanced blood rather than an aerobically equivalent 5 enhanced gallons per minute thanks to manipulated blood the interviewee contextually denied. Is Dr. Gupta dancing around the embarassing admission he was duped?

i'm glad he didn't except...cause to me it give some people more of a chance to speak smack about him. He did what he did and so i feel he needs to go away to heal and move on with his life and may the Lord bless him and give him peace in his life.
