Today's news you might've missed:

  • It's a girl for Lily Rose Cooper! The singer welcomed her second daughter, Marnie Rose Cooper, on Tuesday. [People]
  • Is anyone anywhere surprised that Fox's "Stars in Danger: The High Dive" was the lowest-rated major broadcast in its demo when it aired Wednesday? Because we're not. [EW]
  • Charlie Sheen's been writing checks for a variety of causes lately, and that now includes the funeral of the paparazzo who died taking photos of Justin Bieber's car. The actor wrote a $12,000 check to the family for memorial costs. [TMZ]
  • ABC is pretty much sold on getting Joss Whedon's "S.H.I.E.L.D." a series order. [THR]
  • Well, at least they get the awkwardness right in the "morning after" scene that's on the extended edition of "Breaking Dawn - Part I."
