David Bowie returns with new single, album

After 10 years, David Bowie is making his return with a forthcoming album and a new single.

The artist released the new track, "Where Are We Now?" on his 66th birthday, January 8, and he also celebrated the occasion with a new website and a music video.

The single was written by Bowie and produced by Tony Visconti, with Tony Oursler helming the video.

"Where Are We Now?" is currently on sale via iTunes in 119 countries, and his album, "The Next Day," is available for pre-orders.

The record is Bowie's first album release in a decade, and his 30th studio recording. Fans can expect for it to arrive in March.

David Bowie is fantanstic. Since I have known his songs, I can have a great calm swing in my ears when I remember to listen his songs. But, about his new single, I think it so good, and I bet that it may bring more new listeners to listen it. I wish I happen.

Beautiful and haunting. If the album is good as Hours 1999 then it's been worth a 10 year wait. Bowie doesn't have anything to prove.

The Bowie we have now is not the Bowie of the seventies. He is a completely different man. Let him become what he is becoming. I found the song be a little haunting for some reason. The kind of song you can infer different meanings to.
