Tom Selleck thinks 'Three Men and a Bride' is a good ideaIf a third follow-up to 1987's "Three Men and a Baby" were to happen, Tom Selleck is already on board. The actor, who starred in the hit film as well as its 1990 sequel "Three Men and a Little Lady," told the hosts of "The Talk" Thursday that he's heard that a threequel called "Three Men and a Bride" had been in the works.
"I heard it was, so yes," Selleck said. "I've talked to Ted [Danson] and I've talked to Steve Guttenberg, and we'd love to get back together if they've got a good idea. I think that's a good idea. But it seemed to be real and then disappeared. I don't know. If they're smart they'll do it." According to Entertainment Weekly, a Disney spokesperson said that the project's still in early development. Since it's in the beginning stages, perhaps the studio can heed Selleck's hope that a third movie would do justice to the 1987 classic, which grossed $167 million in the States. "I don't want to rip it off," Selleck said. "That movie was the No. 1 movie in the world, that was the first movie I ever remember being No. 1 at Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's."

I've always suspected that this guy is in the closet. I really have and still do.
I don't really care where he hangs his clothes. Gay or straight, I think he is a decent actor.
Again, I must point out Tom Selleck is on the board of the NRA. Not a member, but on the board. Those who do not believe that criminals and the dangerous mentally ill should NOT get a gun because they will hopefully be caught by a back ground check should send a message to Tom Selleck. Stand up and so NO to the idea that back ground checks system should not include all gun purchasers. Tell Mr. Selleck it or anyone that might include him into a multi-million dollar movie that being quiet doesn't count. He needs to step up and say that he does not agree with the NRA's stance on no further background checks on gun sells. Thank you.
Great idea! The movies were great. Let's go for it as long as it doesn't negate "Jesse Stone."

Um Tom Selleck is on tv in great movies as Jesse Stone all of the time. As far as aging,He has aged great. As far as saying someone is gay,how would you know? I hope people don't talk about you the way you just did about an actor you do not even know. I am sure his wife and daughter will like your comments.

I will not watch this movie if Tom Selleck has not changed his support for NRA's positions. He is a board member of the NRA. We need to rethink our support for individuals who support such crazy organizations.
@Stan I agree with your politics, but I rather see an approach to encourage him to what we fervently and sincerely believe: that the NRA's gun stance is harmful....to the country, to the spirit of the country, to youth, to immigrants, to almost anyone who sees peace as the first option. That said, I thick Mr. Sellick is an intelligent man and I believe if all the articulate people who talk to him are gun advocates, he has little option to really understand the other side. That's what democracy is all about...understanding the OTHER side, letting them speak, listening with an open mind, and making a judgment with all the data in your head. Anything else is both insulated and without the broad communication we as social human being savor. Give him, give everyone the things we believe without animosity and let them choose. This good for ALL of us, not just Right, not just Left. Respect performs amazing advances.

Not everyone. I think it would be worth watching. I enjoyd the other ones, and I think it provides an opportunity to write about aging – how people deal with growing old.

Met him when he was filming Magnum PI. He was very down-to-earth and kind. Also had a great sense of humor. My first impression was..... he is sooo tall! Also I think he has the most beautiful eyes. Always thought his wife was adorable. Really a good guy.
and his perfect marriage and acting career. there is no reason to be jealous. for goodness sakes.
This actor has been around for years, he's worked most of his career, he has wonderful wife and i have so much respect for the marriage. the man is just perfect.

this guy has been married yeeeears to the same women, tom(photo above) is married to the greatest over 20 years, he is a family man and works hard as a actor. tom(photo above) is still handsome and he says the reason why people say he looks good for his age is because of his wife....what a compliment and honor to his wife after being married so long.
this is another marriage that is one of trust and respect...we have to watch these couples and learn from them.

That's the voice of a chasing actor. Let it go and come up with something brilliant and new! Or are you just cashing in quick and calling things done? You are better than that.

Love Tom! Always have since Magnum PI. For you youngins, that was a great TV show in the 80's before all the "reality" BS came out; when TV had actors.
My Mom always thought he was cute. I used to watch Magnum PI w/her & I always wondered why he wore those stupid looking shorts.
