Channing Tatum, wife Jenna are expectingChanning Tatum's banner year is ending on a personal high note. The actor and his wife, Jenna Dewan-Tatum, both 32, are expecting their first child next year, CNN's confirmed.
The happy news is right on time for the "Magic Mike" star, as he told People magazine in November that he was ready to expand his family. "I'm ready; I think she's ready," Tatum, who was named the year's Sexiest Man Alive, told the magazine. "It's more about trying to find the right time." As far as how many they'd like to have, "The first number that pops into my head is three," he continued, "but I just want one to be healthy and then we'll see where we go after that." Tatum and his actress wife began dating after they co-starred in 2006's dance drama "Step Up," and tied the knot in July 2009.
