Running a marathon may seem daunting, but with the right training, 26.2 miles is perfectly doable. Even people who have never run a distance longer than 3 or 4 miles can successfully train for and run their first marathon. Even seasoned marathon runners benefit from structured training programs, especially if they have a goal to finish it in a certain amount of time.Do you want to run a marathon? Well, all it takes to do so is to select a good training program and to make the commitment to stick with the plan. The training is designed to help condition your body to withstand.-

Mostly this list is pure Bollocks. Since TV has been thoroughly abused by the constant stream of unscripted crap shows, there really isn't much of interest left to watch. I have been relegated to Discovery, History, and Sports where I used to be a premium consumer of TV shows. After 35 years in show biz, I can speak honestly about the rotten state of modern TV.

Sorry, but you're wrong. The quality of tv shows is better than ever if you stay away from the big 4 networks. It's all on AMC, FX, HBO, and Showtime.

Agreed. The only time my tv is tuned to any of the four major networks; is when I watch the local news or football. Their other programming is horrible and lacks depth and thought. HBO, AMC, FX, Showtime and even Cinemax are ruling the roost.

    4) Sons of Anarchy
    3) Homeland
    2) Walking Dead
    1) Game of Thrones
My reason for "Thrones" being number one, is that I am a huge fan of the books. The books/series, makes "Lord of the Rings" look like something a middle school child would read. The size of the world and plot structure, is second to none. The cast on the HBO series, is spot on. If you haven't seen it, give it a try. You will not be disappointed......Winter is coming!!!

Favorite t.v. show is the Walking Dead. I can't get enough of that show. American Horror is also good, but I keep forgetting when it's on so I usually miss it.

Yup. Both of those shows, "The Walking Dead" and "American Horror Story: Asylum", should be at the top of the list. Both are well written, acted and keep you wanting more. "Breaking Bad","Boardwalk Empire", and "Justified" would round out my top 5.
