Watch: 'A Good Day to Die Hard' trailerWith "Ode to Joy" blasting as the soundtrack, the trailer for "A Good Day to Die Hard" is essentially an ode to explosions.
The clip for Bruce Willis' fifth "Die Hard" film begins with the actor's John McClane headed for Moscow. His daughter, looking on warily, asks him "to try not to make an even bigger mess of things" as she drops him off at the airport. Good thing she wasn't around for what happened next. Once McClane teams with his son (Jai Courtney), we get shot after shot of gunfire, explosions, and a drastic leap from a building. But even at 57, Willis is still promising that "no one's going to die today." What do you think of the trailer? "A Good Day to Die Hard" opens February 14, 2013. |

Very niccccce move
If Willis is promising that "no one's going to die today," then how could they name a move "A Good Day to Die Harder?" People have to die, it's a Die Hard movie. That's what was so fun about the second Terminator movie, Arnie never killed anyone after he met up with the young John Connor. He sure did shot a heck of a lot of em, but nobody died. They made it into a running gag throughout the movie.
This series is one of my guilty pleasures. Yes, the plots are all completely over the top and unrealistic, as is the acting most of the time, but it doesn't need to be award winning cinema in order to be entertaining. And a February 14 release date ... such a perfect date movie!
Oh, puh-LEASE! This franchise died with the third movie...
I can't wait either and anyone that says this franchise died at any time has not clue what they are talking about and knows nothing about film or it's history!!!
He has a son? where did he come from? Throughout the series, there was mention of a daughter. Love the series, but this seems like a REAL stretch.
In the first one both of his kids were there. Look it up.
Always liked Bruce Willis – his character is always so reasonable even when he has to kick butt to get rid of the bad guys! Looking forward to this Valentine special.
you this opening @ #1!
I remember when he had hair back then, making the first Die Hard in '88 right off his series, Moonlighting.
So weird....How does one NYPD cop get into so many of the same situations over and over again ?
I don't know, but I'm so glad he does! It reminds me not to mess with the cops in the NYC.
" only in the movies,,,,,"
As long as there are Die Hard movies, I'll keep going.....Just love Bruce Willis......Yipee Kii AAA
I heard he was married to Demi Moore's oldest daughter too.
smh.......demi's oldest daughter is HIS oldest daughter too........
Love, love, love the Die Hard movies. Can't wait.
Wasn't he married to Demi Moore's daughter or something?
He was MARRIED TO Demi Moore
this movie has to have made billions by now...
i'm just sitting here thinking....i just did the second oh nooo of macpark in a salon and that was all that the only part they wanted to hear....maybe i am losing my marbles....if people want to hear only bits and pieces of songs without preparation there's gonna be a charge people!!!!!!!!!!!
Looks stupid. When are they going to retire this series already?
i'll be there..he's s-xier bald then when he had hair years ago. i've grown to like bald men.
Can't wait!!!
