Miley Cyrus could next appear in a Lifetime/History miniseries about 20th century outlaws Bonnie and Clyde.
The former “Hannah Montana” star is in talks to play Bonnie Parker, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
Actress Faye Dunaway took on the role for 1967’s “Bonnie and Clyde,” earning an Academy Award nomination for her performance. (As did Warren Beatty, who played Clyde Barrow, Bonnie’s partner in crime.)
We’re not yet sure who would star alongside Cyrus’ Bonnie, but “Smash” executive producers Neil Meron and Craig Zadan are set to produce the project.
What do you think of Cyrus as Bonnie?
