See Jason Alexander in Nickelback's latest video

Jason Alexander’s latest starring role: A Nickelback music video. No, really.

The “Seinfeld” actor plays a lovesick barista in the Canadian rock band’s video for “Trying Not To Love You,” the fifth single off their 2011 album “Here and Now.”

In the video, Alexander’s character lusts after a hot blonde named “Gennifer (but with a G)” played by Brooke Burns.

Dressed in a bra and panties, the former “Baywatch” actress recreates the iconic rose petals scene from “American Beauty” … with coffee beans.

Like Entertainment Weekly pointed out, Alexander’s George Costanza knows better than anyone, “Coffee’s not coffee. Coffee is sex.”

What do you think of the video?
