'Louie': How not to become like BarneyLast night’s episode of “Louie” was the first of the season to include two separate short films and no stand-up. In the first half, Louie attended a burial on a dreary day. He stood alone, until another man arrived - Robin Williams. (Wasn’t it wonderful to see him?)

Mariah Carey talks her new single, 'Triumphant'As if Mariah Carey's success wasn't enough to inspire "American Idol" contenders-to-be, the new "Idol" judge's latest single should offer plenty of motivation. On Thursday, Carey's song "Triumphant (Get 'Em)" hit the radio, and, as expected, its lyrics encourage listeners to "reach for the stars."

According to New York Magazine's Vulture, the 22-year-old actress has landed the lead in an adaptation of William Styron's "Lie Down in Darkness" - a coveted role that Oscar nominee Jennifer Lawrence once said she was dying to play. |
