Here's the latest confirmed news from CNN Entertainment:
- "Mad Men" marks a record: AMC says that Sunday's fifth season finale of "Mad Men" was the most-watched in the show's history, with 2.7 million people tuned in.
- Oprah chats with the Kardashians: The Kardashians will continue their TV reign by making a stop by OWN to sit down with Oprah. In what it calls a "primetime exclusive," OWN will air the interview as two back-to-back episodes on "Oprah's Next Chapter" this Sunday, June 17.
- Lindsay Lohan's back on set as Liz Taylor: Lohan's rep tells CNN that LiLo's back on set filming Lifetime's "Liz & Dick" following her car accident on Friday. “She has fully cooperated with law enforcement and we're going to let them do their job while Lindsay does hers," her rep said.
- Joy Behar joins Current TV: Current TV's website says Behar is launching "The Joy Behar Project" on the network in September. In the meantime, Behar is set to host a limited series, "Joy Behar: One Week Only," starting June 18.
Mad Men, the Kardasians, Lindsey Lohan and Joy Behar....makes me glad that I unpluged my Television years ago.
Then, at least as far as Mad Men goes, you have no idea what you're missing. But it is funny how you replaced one boob tube with another - the internet. After all, you're here posting inane comments on articles about a topic (TV) in which you have no interest.
I'm not a fan of TV either, but I would definitely NOT unplug it like this moron did. I agree with your comment for the most part. I stil use my TV for sports... I wonder what this guy does on his spare time... knitting maybe. Feeding the cats... throwing rocks in a pond.
Dear John ( Bet you got a lot of letters like that) How do you know I get on the internet at home. I don't...I read something you probably haven't looked at in years....books.
Oprah, haven't we had enough of the Kardashians? and Joy Behar is a hateful old hag. Lilo needs to hire a driver.
