Will Smith gives 'Summertime' a remixWe know him better as Will Smith than the Fresh Prince these days, but the "Men in Black 3" star is getting back on the mic. The 43-year-old actor has recorded a remix of his 1991 still-fresh classic with DJ Jazzy Jeff, "Summertime" (which, let's be honest, we still have in rotation, especially when the weather heats up).
It's "a groove slightly transformed, just a bit of a break from the norm," Smith rhymes over the familiar beat. "Just a little somethin' to break the monotony of all that hard-core dance that it's gotten to be." TMZ posted about a minute of the reworked hit, which will serve as an intro to "Summertime 3," a forthcoming mixtape from DJ Jazzy Jeff and Mick Boogie. The track will be available to download on June 11. In the meantime, drums, please:

I got a lot of respect for Will Smith because he remembers where he come from. He know that the singing is what made him who he is today. And he has no problem remembering that. Unlike Mark Wahburg, he want even talk about the rapping that he done in the past. What gives with him, I like his movies, but he is not John Wayne.
I have enjoyed will smith over the years ,he is a fine actor and wonderful rapper, his rap music is clean and worth listening to, num one rap artist forever theres know other.
Will has rocked the summer for years! His lyrics over Jazzy's work with a Kool and the Gang song will forever be a classic.
