Ice Cube talks N.W.A. biopic, next 'Friday' filmWe've heard that Ice Cube was working on another installment of his hit comedy “Friday," and it looks like it's inching closer to becoming a reality. The rapper-turned-actor told MTV he’s putting the finishing touches on the screenplay for the third follow-up to the 1995 original, which he starred in opposite comedian Chris Tucker. "I'm almost finished with the script, so as soon as we can finish the script, fast motion on it," he said.

'West Wing' cast reunites for one last 'walk and talk'The cast of "The West Wing" is (briefly) together again, and you have Funny Or Die to thank. The website rounded up familiar faces Martin Sheen, Allison Janney, Joshua Malina, Dulé Hill, Melissa Fitzgerald and William Duffy to star in a reunion video that doubles as a promotion for the health campaign Every Body Walk. The crew do the patented "walk and talk" while spitting out rapid-fire dialogue about...well, the health promotion, but we'll take a "West Wing" reunion where we can get one.

'New Girl' backslides with Justin LongOn the latest "New Girl," Jess was struggling with her breakup with Russell, worried that she was going to "end up alone... a single, old lady flashing people on the subway.” But she finally snapped out of it and went with CeCe and the roommates to the bar. Schmidt took Jess’ phone so she couldn't “backslide” and call Russell. Jess stole her phone back from Schmidt anyway, and, well...she backslid.

Could Miley, Demi or Avril become an 'X Factor' judge?We know that Simon Cowell is looking for a few good women to join his "X Factor" judges' table, and there's a fresh batch of rumored names being added to the mix. According to reports, the reality show king is said to be eyeing Avril Lavigne, Miley Cyrus, Gwen Stefani and Demi Lovato for one of the open judging positions, in addition to also reportedly trying to seal a deal with Britney Spears. E! reports that Cyrus is among the stars in consideration to join Cowell and L.A. Reid on the star-studded panel, but a source tells the site that she hasn’t received an official offer.

'The Voice' picks its final fourThe coaches (and the voters) had some tough decisions ahead of them on Tuesday night's final elimination show on "The Voice." First up, Christina Aguilera couldn't bear to choose between the operatic Chris Mann and the very original Lindsey Pavao. But it was easy to see that Chris' rendition of "Ave Maria" on Monday was going to bring in the votes, and that's exactly what happened.
I grew into a big fan of Lindsey's, but Chris is definitely Team Christina's best shot at winning it all.

Divorce not an option for Khloe Kardashian“Khloe and Lamar” isn't canceled, as Khloe Kardashian's rep has told CNN, but the 27-year-old and her husband Lamar Odom are putting their reality TV gig on pause while they focus on Odom's basketball career. Odom went from the L.A. Lakers to the Dallas Mavericks last December, but by April, he stepped away from the team following a mutual decision. In the wake of those ups and downs, the couple wants to "prioritize a little," Khloe Kardashian tells People magazine. "We just wanted a little pause. Part of being married is knowing when your husband needs your support." |
