It’s about to be “muy caliente” this summer, and not just because of the weather.
Jennifer Lopez has announced she’s embarking on a summer tour - and she’s taking fellow Latin hottie Enrique Iglesias with her.
"It's daunting, a little bit," said Lopez, who'll also be joined by Latin artists Wisin Y Mandel on the road. She told the Hollywood Reporter, "I've always done a little bit of this and a little bit of that, but this is a big musical year for me."
We’ll say: When she’s not hosting “American Idol,” the singer has been in the studio recording new material, including three new tracks starting with "Dance Again," which she has already debuted. Lopez is also slated to release two more albums for Island Def Jam, and a "Greatest Hits" album is on the way.
The singer's 20-city tour (which, according to reports was supposed to include soon-to-be-ex-husband Marc Anthony) kicks off July 14 in Montreal.
Tickets to the summer tour go on sale Friday, May 4, and you can get the rundown of all the dates on Lopez's interactive website, which she re-launched Monday, JenniferLopez.com. It features, among other things, ticket giveaways and behind-the-scenes content from backstage at her concerts.
Tour stops are currently as follows:
