Ashton Kutcher buys new L.A. homeBreakout the housewarming gifts: Ashton Kutcher has bought himself some new digs. According to People magazine, the “Two and a Half Men” star’s new bachelor pad is massive: It's a 9,385 square foot single-family home that sits high in the Hollywood Hills. The mostly-glass mansion is said to boast five bedrooms and eight bathrooms, according to the listing.
But the house is not entirely new to the actor. People reports that he had actually been renting the L.A. property as he was finalizing his divorce from Demi Moore, so now he’s just making the residence permanent. It’s not known how much he paid for the estate - which sits on a little more than half an acre of property - but it was listed at $3.6 million. The super-modern home is reportedly only 6-years-old, and has an open floor plan with an infinity pool, a two-person soaking tub, a private gym and other plush amenities. Who knows how much time the actor will have to actually spend there, though: Kutcher was recently cast as Apple co-founder Steve Jobs, a role for which he's gotten approval from Jobs' Apple partner Steve Wozniak.
