Kim Kardashian apparently isn't immune to the breakup-related shift in physique.
The celebutante and reality show star, who's going through a rough divorce with pro baller Kris Humphries, told Us Weekly she recently lost 6 pounds in just 7 days.
"I'm on a mission," she explained. "I figure, I'm single. Now is the best time to get in shape."
Kardashian admits overeating is to blame, and it seems she's indulged a bit too much in the days post-breakup.
“No more sitting at home, eating too much!" she said, referencing her newly overhauled diet which eliminates gluten, sugar and dairy for the time being.
Kardashian has also enlisted her brother Rob's help in the battle of the bulge - that is, when she’s not sweating it out with celebrity trainer-to-the-stars Gunnar Peterson.
Rob reportedly joins her on some of her twice-daily workouts, including an early-morning treadmill routine and either strength training or Pilates at night.
So eat your heart out, Humphries.
