Another potential celebrity Twitter war has been diverted.
Madonna and Deadmau5 are playing nice again after some tense, curse-filled moments on Monday.
MTV reports that the divine Ms. M dusted off her Twitter account yesterday to respond to the Canadian house producer after he shouted her out online.
Tom Bergeron welcomed us to last night's "Dancing with the Stars" by thanking the viewers for making the show "the most popular talent competition on television." (Please ignore the 34 percent drop in the 18-49 demographic compared to last spring - "Dancing" has the "Matlock" audience all locked up.)

News and culture references are constantly being added to the scripts, Marsden told us recently, and he feels "the need to keep up in order to maintain the water-cooler talk."
The actor has been playing Liz Lemon's love interest in a recurring role, and it's a character Marsden describes as "a dope, but a loveable one. He has his gourmet hotdog truck, [and] nothing ruffles his feathers, whereas Liz overthinks everything."

TMZ reports that the woman is a longtime member of PETA who once was given an award by the group - although the organization has said it could not verify the woman’s identity. It has also denied any responsibility for the attack.
