Ty Burrell and wife Holly adopt second child

“Modern Family” star Ty Burrell is a proud new papa for the second time.

The 44-year-old actor and his wife, Holly, have just adopted a little girl, his rep confirms to CNN.

The pair are already the parents of another adopted daughter named Frances, whom they welcomed in 2010.

Burrell, who's the TV dad to two daughters on his acclaimed ABC show, has said that he's relishing the younger years.

"I am just in complete denial that she'll ever be over 13," he raved of Frances to Us Weekly last week in Beverly Hills. “She's so cute. She's getting cuter every moment. I'm in a very blissful period with her."

Ty and Holly got married in 2000.

Production of the third season of “Modern Family” wrapped last week.

Thank God those two are adopting! They both seem to have a dominant Fugly geneand we don't want that to pass on!
