Jessica Simpson celebrates with L.A. baby showerJessica Simpson celebrated the impending arrival of her baby girl with a soiree on Sunday. According to Us Weekly, the “Fashion Star” mentor and mom-to-be was joined by little sis Ashlee, actresses Jessica Alba and Ellen Pompeo as well as other friends and family members at her Los Angeles baby shower. Event-planner-to-the-stars Mindy Weiss is said to have organized the pink-and-yellow-themed affair.
Simpson, who admits that she looks as though she's ready to deliver any day now, wore a frilly, light-blue snakeskin-print dress with her hair in soft braids around her face, Us Weekly reports. Ashlee Simpson arrived with her 3-year-old son, Bronx, and Alba’s 7-month-old tot Haven was also reportedly in attendance. The 31-year-old singer, who is engaged to former NFL pro Eric Johnson, has apparently been enjoying the final weeks of her pregnancy. She recently confessed to Ryan Seacrest that her sex drive is “unstoppable” right now. "I am definitely ‘feeling intimate,’” she told Seacrest on his radio show last week. “I'm kind of unstoppable right now...The Big O is, like, the biggest O ever!”
