SXSW is well known for breaking the next best thing in music.
But this year one of the most sought after performances is an act that's already pretty well known: Jay-Z.
Fresh off of his new daddy duties, the rapper has teamed up with American Express for a concert at the massive interactive/film/music event held annually in Austin, Texas. Tickets were made available to card holding attendees of the festival who sync their Amex cards with their Twitter accounts.
The concert, appropriately titled the "Amex Synch Show," is not the first time the superstar has made an appearance at the festival. Last year Jay-Z surprised festival goers at a Kanye West music showcase and theories were flying Saturday in Austin as to who might show up on stage with Jigga.
For those not fortunate enough to make the concert in person, the show will be streamed on YouTube and available later on demand. The show happens Monday, March 12 at 7 p.m. CST/8 p.m. EST.
Check out the trailer for the performance here.
