Jennifer Garner, Ben Affleck welcome baby boy SamuelIt's a boy for Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck, who welcomed their third child Monday. Affleck has posted on his Facebook page that they're "happy to announce" that "Jennifer gave birth to a healthy baby boy, Samuel Garner Affleck." Affleck and Garner, both 39, also have daughters Violet, 6, and Seraphina, 3. Garner has said the two girls had ideas for the baby name, and it looks like she was able to steer them away from some of their more creative suggestions.
On Ellen DeGeneres' talk show last September, Garner revealed that their top choices were "Ralphie, Frankie, Minnie Mouse, Daisy Duck, or Rosemarie." She added, "They don't really care about the gender as long as we name it what they want it to be named." We're sure Samuel is happy that his two older sisters didn't stick to their guns on Daisy Duck Affleck.

I've ALWAYS loved Jennifer Garner and Ben Aflek. They seem to be such normal people in a world of crazy Hollywood people. I am SO glad Ben Aflek married Jennifer Garner. He seems to be a true family man with her. Jennifer Lopez was such a player. But with Jennifer Garner, they seemed to have settled down to be a mature married couple. God bless them both and congratulations.
