 2 Live Crew to reunite in 2012For some of you, it's been years since you last listened to a 2 Live Crew cut, but the group behind "Me So Horny" is ready to get back on the road once again. Luther Campbell - a.k.a. Uncle Luke - announced at the Sundance Film Festival this weekend that the rap group is getting back together this year. While doing promotion for his appearance in the short film, "The Life and Freaky Times of Uncle Luke," Campbell let it slip that there are also plans to go on tour. Campbell, now 51, has said that he's ready to start practicing. 2 Live Crew's 1989 album, "As Nasty As They Wanna Be," is infamous for being at the center of controversy when an obscenity lawsuit highlighting the record's raunchiness went all the way to the Supreme Court. |
