Snoop Dogg pays a visit to 'The Price is Right'"The Price Is Right" launched Celebrity Week on Monday with none other than Snoop Dogg (who also happens to be a longtime fan of the show). Every day this week, different celebs will appear on "Price is Right" to play along with the contestants to rack up a donation for a charity of the star's choosing. (Tuesday's guest was Jenny McCarthy.) On Monday, Snoop was playing for his youth football league, which mentors inner-city kids between the ages of 5 and 13 while giving them the opportunity to play the sport, and he ended up bringing in $72,585. As you can see in the clip below, this is clearly a man who knows how to play the game:
And better yet, he's not a bad announcer, either: Rounding out this week is Neil Patrick Harris on Wednesday, Chris Daughtry on Thursday and Heidi Klum on Friday. Although we must say, Snoop's set the bar for celebrity hosting pretty high.

All the ones that talked bad about him are player haters and jealous. Get a life and take your negative ass coments some where else. nuff said !!!!!

There is too much hate about a program that decided to throw a couple of dollars to worthwhile organizations. Please be kind and stop being so hateful in your comments. Write Snoop a letter with your name and address and tell him how you feel about him, but enough with the added hate in the world. It makes you guys seem like hypocrites.
I would have rather seen Jenny McCarthy "Come On Down!" on Tuesday. Guess I'll have to DVR Heidi on Friday now...

He already pours a great deal of money, and more importantly time, into his charity. But raising money from a show that provides entertainment, already turns a profit, and pours more money to winners than one can handle is not a bad thing in my eyes. It also adds exposure to his charity, allowing others to donate if they feel the need. Why is it when someone does a good thing in this crumbling society, people feel the need to talk them down, when we all know it's soley for the purpose of allaying your own guilt at not doing enough. Get over it.
Great, just what we need. Something that actually makes the Kardashians look smart.

look your right i have to remember the positive of this show he raised cash flow for his charity which is a plus i want to say no matter what he does in his personal life he has made a difference in some kids life by doing his charity work so i was wrong and i am admitting it ok but at the same time im not saying him smoking is bad at all if i had the chance to get it for medical reasons i would he is lucky to get were he is in life

Take a deep breath. If a pot smoker hosting a game show for charity is what you think has "ruined television forever" you have an amazingly short memory or absolutely no idea of what has been put on television regularly over the past fifty years or so.
Totally fun! Snoop is such an entertainer, and uses his role as a street thug so well, til it's just so funny to watch him. He did an amazing job! That was the only time I've watched that show since the Barker years. WAY TO GO SNOOP!!
@Bob You-Banks Barker dug his grave on his show years ago when he decided to play 'hanky panky' with one of the models on the show instead of behaving like an actual human being!
