Kirstie Alley wants to help people get in shape in the new year, and better yet, she's trying to do it free of charge.
The actress and former "Dancing With the Stars" contestant is encouraging folks to dance for fitness with her newly launched program, 100 Days of Dance.
"I want everyone to experience some version of 'Dancing with the Stars,'" the 60-year-old told People magazine.
For 100 days, Alley will post a video of herself dancing, sometimes with "special guests." Viewers are encouraged to dance along (that's the "free participation" part).
Alley famously dropped 100 pounds thanks in part to her stint on the competitive dance show. She says she maintains her size 6 figure by dancing an hour a day and following her diet plan, Organic Liason.
