Kris Humphries signs on with New Jersey Nets?Kris Humphries has said that the only thing he's focused on right now is basketball, and it looks like he's staying true to his word. The New York Post says insiders are expecting that Humphries will be back with the New Jersey Nets, the team he played with last season, starting as early as tonight's preseason game. People magazine adds that the 26-year-old power forward is said to have inked a one-year deal for around $8 million, while the NYPost puts that rumored figure closer to $7 million.
During an interview with "Good Morning America" earlier this month, Humphries kept reiterating that he wasn't concerned about his impending divorce from Kardashian, whom he's actually trying to legally separate from so that he can annul the 72-day marriage on the grounds of fraud. "Life is more about how you can help other people and making the most out of your platform, so that's what I'm really focused on," he told "GMA." "I'm just focused on what I can control, which is being able to play ball and supporting my mom." |

yep he was smart enough to walk right away
Kris didn't walk away...she got rid of him! He should have never proposed to her.
nooooooooo...he left the nuttys fast...good job humphries.
i like Kris H. i think he's a good guy - the few times i've seen the show they always seem to make the guys the bad ones...i don't think Scott's a bad guy either...they only kiss lamar's butt for some reason... otherwise in my opinion the men are treated crappy.
Whoa...you actually think there's a moment in that show that's "real" and genuine? LOL!! Emerge, and spent some time in the real world.
i think its mostly scripted...however its scripted so lamar's butt is kissed...and the other 2 look like dopey brains...but i can understand what you mean.
COOL STORY BRO
Well EL Guapo, probably because he wanted the spotlight and attention that he knew would come with it.
Question is, why would anybody want to marry a self-centered wh()re who was rear-ended by some mandingo, then had the video posted for the world to see?
He thought he could handle being in the limelight...to me he just wants to play basketball, get married and have kids. i think he's a good guy also. I'm glad he got away from those women.
Simple: he got paid.
