An alive Bon Jovi: Heaven looks like New JerseyAnother celebrity death hoax surfaced on Monday, this time trying to claim the life of Jon Bon Jovi. A blog item suggested that the 49-year-old musician had died in New Jersey Monday - a posting that the Los Angeles Times says looks awfully familiar to their 2009 story on Michael Jackson's death - but the report was certainly erroneous. His rep confirmed this, sending out a statement that the singer is alive, well, and still actively attending charity events, as he did last night in Red Bank, New Jersey. By Monday evening, Bon Jovi turned to Facebook with photographic proof that he was fine. "Heaven looks a lot like New Jersey" he jokes in the photo, courtesy of a handmade sign. The caption for the image promised fans, "Rest assured that Jon is alive and well! This photo was just taken."

I think that it is just mean and stupid to do something like this. it makes the fans sad and too many good artist die too soon. and how would u feel if someone did something like this to u? one thing if it was a joke from a friend and had a note on the very bottom.

I think its rediculous for people to hoax someones dealth expecially a well known artist that has done so much more then most celebraties. We need more people in the world like jovi. And for those that that did it, grow up and find something usefull in life. Stop finding faults statements to over compinsate for something.
