Tuesday night's episode of "Covert Affairs" was a tour de force for Peter Gallagher, as Annie was entrusted by Joan to work with Arthur on a mission in Berlin (gotta say, I am digging the fact that Annie is traveling a lot more this season).
It wasn't too difficult to figure out that Joan actually wanted Annie to spy on Arthur, as he'd had a previous relationship (or at least flirtation) with Elsa, the asset that they were trying to get information from there. It turns out that Arthur was in Berlin in 1989 (for the fall of the Berlin wall, perhaps?).
We finally got to see Arthur out in the field, and he did not disappoint. Watching Arthur take part in a car chase was worth the price of admission.
Social media can at times feel like a blessing and a curse, but one thing it does let us do is get a glimpse at the thoughts one had after an individual has passed on.
As we noted earlier, many reposted the late Heavy D's final tweet of "BE INSPIRED!," an already uplifting remark that was made more poignant after his death Tuesday.
He's not alone, though: We've parsed the Twitter feeds of many a star before, hoping to shed light on where they were, what they were thinking, and in some cases, doing, before their deaths. FULL POST
Rapper Pitbull and the songwriters of his No. 1 hit, “Give Me Everything,” say actress Lindsay Lohan can’t sue them in New York state because she doesn’t live there anymore.
Lohan filed suit in August in New York’s Nassau County, alleging that the song, written by Ne-Yo and Afrojack, disparaged her with these lyrics:
“Hustlers move aside, so I’m tiptoein’, to keep flowin’/I got it locked up like Lindsay Lohan.”
As “Live! With Regis and Kelly” co-host Regis Philbin gets ready to retire next week, Kelly Ripa has committed to five more years with the show, according to the Hollywood Reporter.
Kelly’s signed a “lucrative” five-year deal with Disney-ABC Domestic Television, which will go into effect next fall. The additional five years will give Ripa, 41, a total of 16 fun-filled years with “Live!” How time flies.
Execs are looking to fill 80-year-old Philbin's spot as co-host on the morning chat show, but a source tells THR that "No decision has been made yet."
"L-U-V" Madonna? Hopefully you'll feel that way about her supposed new track "Give Me All Your Love," which now has leaked in what sounds like its entirety.
Snippets of the pop song have been circulating on the Web, and by Tuesday the song was a trending topic, reports Billboard. It may also be the first single off the superstar's upcoming 12th studio album, expected to hit in spring 2012.
Nicki Minaj and M.I.A. are expected to be on the actual release, which has led some to suspect that what we've been listening to is just a demo. The intro, "L-U-V Madonna/Y-O-U You wanna?" calls to mind the peppiest cheerleader chant imaginable before you fall into an irresistibly catchy track.
Judge Len Goodman told HLN legal eagle Nancy Grace on Monday's "Dancing With the Stars" that she was the Cinderella of the competition, but that the clock had struck 12 and it was time to head home.
Goodman's prophecy turned out to be true Tuesday, as Grace became the eighth celebrity eliminated from the ABC competition. Despite falling short, Grace had nothing but praise for her experience when she talked to CNN after the show.
"The most important thing I'll take away is a new love in my heart, and that would be [pro partner] Tristan [MacManus]," Grace said. "Don't get crazy. We have worked together seven days a week for a long time now and, contrary to the way we were depicted, I actually love Tristan very much, so I'm taking away a new best friend."
