Leave it to Maksim Chmerkovskiy to provide the water cooler moment of this season's "Dancing With the Stars."
The talented but occasionally hotheaded pro went at it with judge Len Goodman after Len referred to Maksim's dance with Hope Solo as "the worst dance of the whole season," adding that Maksim was partly to blame for the poor performance.
After Len reminded Maksim that he's been involved with the dance business for some five decades, Maksim suggested that maybe it was time for Len to retire. Maksim then had words with Carrie Ann Inaba after she criticized him for acting inappropriate toward Len.
“The Real Housewives of New Jersey” had a dramatic reunion special (obviously), and while Teresa Giudice was the center of attention, a Manzo family feud was revealed.
Former "Housewife" Dina Manzo is apparently at odds with current "Housewife," sister Caroline Manzo. And it seems it has something to do with this season’s villain, Teresa.
People reports that Dina Manzo has shared her side of the drama, and the reality star appears to be siding with pal Teresa over her sister Caroline.
It may have appeared that memories of past loves made J.Lo become emotional during a recent performance, but the 42-year-old singer has clarified that thoughts of her family, not her men, made her tear up.
The singer graced the stage at a Connecticut event on Saturday, running through a set list that included old hits like "If You Had My Love" and new singles like "One Love" and "Until It Beats No More." As she performed "One Love," a Lopez doppelganger re-enacted moments from Lopez's prior relationships, including those with Cris Judd, Diddy, Ben Affleck, and of course her ex Marc Anthony.
"We wanted to do a section of the show that talked about love, and about questions that you have about love still," Lopez said of the act in an interview with "Extra" on Monday.
When British actress Hayley Atwell was cast as Chris Evans' love interest in "Captain America: The First Avenger," (out today on Blu-ray and DVD) her friends in the U.S. were overjoyed.
"They were like, 'oh my God, finally you’re getting out of a corset! You’re doing something we can relate to!'" she told CNN. "'Stop doing these adaptations of books, we want to see you get in there with a gun!'"
It was definitely quite a departure for the actress, who had been best known for "The Duchess" and "Brideshead Revisited." This time, she had a few action scenes, for which to prepare.
