After waiting for almost five years, fans of Evanescence can now breathe easily.
The rock band has been brought back to life with their new self-titled album. The first single “What You Want” has already received positive reviews for its “industrial-strength sound.”
“Evanescence” will be available in stores and via download on October 11. Here’s what else you shouldn’t miss this week:
Sunday
- Besides the usual animation domination that happens on Fox on Sundays, you should catch “The Good Wife” on CBS at 9 p.m. ET. “House” fans should especially tune in because Lisa Edelstein, aka Lisa Cuddy, will guest star as Will’s former love.

- Also, the remake of the 1984 classic “Footloose” will be out in theaters.
Saturday

You forgot to mention that Megan Mullally is guest starring as Penny's (Casey Wilson) mother on Wednesday's "Happy Endings." They do a dance number that is being called one of the funniest comedic moments yet this season!
Overweight, pale women who wear lots of black rejoice. Evanescence is back.
Everyone else, don't worry. They'll fade back in to obscurity soon.
