Katy Perry is experiencing the teenage dream.
Her third studio album – you guessed it - “Teenage Dream" is the first album in Billboard’s Adult Pop Songs chart’s 15 years to generate four No. 1 singles.
“Last Friday Night” is her latest tune to make the cut, joining “California Gurls,” “Firework” and the album’s title track, “Teenage Dream,” according to Billboard.com.
Perry could have had five singles on chart if it weren’t for Adele’s “Rolling in the Deep,” which nabbed the No. 1 spot from “E.T.” The track with Kanye West sat at No. 2 for four weeks.
Perry took home three moonmen statues at the MTV Video Music Awards on Sunday night.
