Within hours of the announcement, BeyJayFetus, the Twitter account was created. It quickly spawned others - like FetusKnowles - all designed to share news from the highly anticipated spawn of the singer and husband Jay-Z.

The first tweet from BeyJayFetus was, "Hello World...well almost."
