OK Go covers 'Muppets' theme song in new video

"Muppets: The Green Album" arrives in stores today, and there's already a video to go along with one of the tracks.

"The Green Album" is a collection of covers of famed "Muppets" songs (or fave songs performed by them) by the likes of My Morning Jacket, The Fray and Weezer, and OK Go took on the task of reinterpreting the "Muppet Show Theme Song."

In the clip, we see our favorite characters, including Fozzie, The Swedish Chef, Animal, Kermit, Gonzo and Miss Piggy join in. Don't miss Statler and Waldorf's appearance a minute and a half in.

2011 is shaping up to be the year of the Muppet: a feature length film starring the old-school Jim Henson creations, appropriately titled "The Muppets" arrives in theaters on November 23. (See trailer one and trailer two at the links.)
