Dianna Agron: I don't want to be the next Lindsay Lohan

“Glee” star Dianna Agron graces the cover of Cosmopolitan’s September issue, and told the magazine what she’s learned from Lindsay Lohan’s career mistakes.

"It's really sad looking at people like Lindsay Lohan,” the Hollywood newcomer said.

“She's an amazing actress, but you see what happens when people know too much about your personal life. They start not being able to look at you the same way professionally," she says. “I don't want that to happen to me."

While you were working...

Today's news you might've missed:

  • Gwyneth Paltrow may cease to exist if she doesn't have an Antonio Lupi Baia bathtub in the middle of her bedroom (because it makes it easier to bathe the kids, duh). As she told Elle Decor in the magazine's September issue, the strategically placed bathtub and single variety arrangements of seasonal flowers are just some of the things she can't live without. • Kanye West's stock has gone up since his album with Jay-Z, "Watch the Throne," began dominating iTunes upon its release on Monday, but the artist himself went down in a nasty fall on stage in Norway. [TMZ]
  • Is there something in the water right now? Ricki Lake is the latest to announce her engagement. The former talk show host revealed via Twitter that she's set to marry Christian Evans, who proposed to the 42-year-old mom of two while they were on vacation in Spain. Fancy! [Us Weekly]
  • The acting apple didn't fall far from the tree: Heather Locklear's 13-year-old daughter with Richie Sambora, Ava, will have a cameo in the upcoming Judd Apatow "Knocked Up" spin-off comedy. [Variety]
  • As Twihards know, "Breaking Dawn" shows Edward Cullen going to great, pillow-destroying lengths to ensure he doesn't hurt his new bride (as played by Kristen Stewart in the films) on their wedding night, and Robert Pattinson thinks the vamp should've been more torn up about it. "I wanted to have it as a line so much: 'I bit through all the pillows. Every. Single. One.' And then he'd start crying," Pattinson said in an interview. [L.A. Times]

The Throwback: The Noid is back

The Noid is celebrating his 25th birthday with a very brief return.

You might recall that the Noid was the villainous mascot of Domino's Pizza during the late 1980s. In commercials, the floppy-eared claymation character in the superhero-esque suit would try to get between hungry people and their pizzas by interfering with delivery.

'Showbiz Tonight' Flashpoint: Should Bert and Ernie get married?

There’s a big debate today over two beloved “Sesame Street” characters: Bert and Ernie. There’s a Facebook petition to encourage these two to get married.

For years there have been questions about Bert and Ernie’s sexuality. The “Sesame Street” folks have repeatedly denied they’re gay. But this petition is urging the show to have them “come out” and allow B and E to finally wed!

The petition states that having Bert and Ernie marry on the show would be a lesson to many people: “We are not asking that Sesame Street do anything crude or disrespectful by allowing Bert and Ernie to marry… Let us teach tolerance of those that are different. Let Sesame Street and PBS Kids be a big part in saving many worthy lives.”
