Taylor Swift covers Eminem's 'Lose Yourself'Taylor Swift has been paying tribute to hometown stars as she traverses North America on her "Speak Now" tour. So when she rolled into Grand Rapids, Michigan in late July, she opted to show off her rhyming skills and cover a little Eminem. We, like Entertainment Weekly, are similarly impressed with her ability to put some bass in her voice when she says "Yo" (and the acoustic guitar accompaniment isn't bad, either.) Swift, 21, then segues into Uncle Kracker's "Smile." Note how her audience runs through the lyrics to both tracks right along with the country star.
According to EW, Swift has covered Bruce Springsteen and Bon Jovi in Jersey and Alanis Morissette and Justin Bieber in Toronto, so of course we gotta ask: Will Swift show Chicago her best Kanye cover when she hits the Windy City on August 9 and 10?

LMAO, this is hilarious! She's Rapping now!? Her voice is so-so, but she is a solid song writer, thats how she's risen so quickly! Doing covers of artists in their homestates is cute, but rapping takes ovaries for a 21 year old country/pop singer! Is she gonna do Prince in Minnesota? Hmmm, maybe a little DMSR or Darling Nikki!?
