If so, there's more where that came from.
MTV reports that the teen who found fame with her YouTube hit "Friday" is set to drop her five song-EP next month and just wants fans to know she's serious about her career.
"It's crazy to think [about 'Friday']," she told MTV. "I was really nervous about 'My Moment' coming out because I thought, 'I don't think I'll be able to even beat 'Friday' myself.' "
Black knows it won't be easy, especially considering the very visceral reaction some had towards "Friday." But she said she's determined to make a go of it.
"Again, I wanted people to able to take me seriously because I felt like this would be the right thing to do," she said. "I wanted to start building what could be a really great career, but this industry, it's so unpredictable: You could be the big thing for a month or four months, and then kind of fall off the face of the planet."
