Yes we want the Cheesy Poofs!Now you do not have to head to "South Park" to get a taste of Cartman's favorite snack. To celebrate Season 15 of the hit Comedy Central animated series, "South Park" has struck a deal with Frito-Lay to produce the fictional snack, the New York Times reports. Beginning next month1.5 million packages of Cheesy Poofs will be sold in Wal-Mart stores across the country. Bringing the snack off the screen and into real life production is part of the "Year of the Fan" promotional campaign meant to celebrate the show. According to the Times, those not willing to ante up $2.99 for a 2 3/8-ounce bag of Cheesy Poofs can get a free bag at Comic-Con this year. The snack will be part of an exhibit titled the Ultimate “South Park” Fan Experience which will include a replica of the school cafeteria from the show.

They're not Cheetos, they are Cheeto Puffs. Duh.
They sold Cheesy Poofs in Spencer Gifts about a year after that episode aired, so this isn't really anything new. At least now they probably won't be stale when you buy them though.
