Let's talk Charlie (Sheen)

Unemployed winner that he is – according to his Twitter profile – Charlie Sheen is keeping people talking.

The 45-year-old actor is at the center of a new round of reports on whether he’s found a new job on TV and what will become of his character on “Two and a Half Men.”

In May there were headlines that Sheen was preparing to return to television as early as January, and now a report has surfaced claiming that Lionsgate Television has worked out a sitcom deal with the actor. TBS (which, like CNN, is owned by Time Warner) was supposedly one of the networks interested in the program.

While Lionsgate hasn’t commented, a TBS rep told the Hollywood Reporter that the network “is not in discussions for a possible project with Charlie Sheen.”

And as Ashton Kutcher prepares to join the “Two and a Half Men” crew, TMZ cites unnamed sources who claim that the CBS show is planning to have Sheen's character Charlie Harper wind up six feet under when the comedy returns in September.

TMZ notes that the script is not finalized, so we’ll have to wait and see if that rumor ever comes true.

But whatever Sheen is up to, it also looks like he’s doing it solo:  The last goddess standing has reportedly left the rock star from Mars, making Sheen a single man.

TMZ has noted that Charlie is NOT Behind on his child support payments, but his crack head ex Brooke Mueller is desperate for her CRACK money! I wish Charlie & look forward in seeing his next tv show/projects!

We don’t have to worry about Sheen feeling left out by Lorre, rumor has it that the troubled actor who was fired from “Men” at the beginning of this year, has already begun negotiations for a new television deal as reported by CTV. The new career comeback – that admittedly looked grim over the past few months – is said to be a new show created with Sheen in mind. http://bit.ly/ioCUiu

awe, the ladies interest fizzled....yeah, when you're "personality" is wholly based on one-liners, when you've developed NOTHING as a human being beyond a party, it becomes shallow, rote, boring and dull....SUBSTANCE always wins out....you Hollywood folks just can't seem to understand it...too much narcissism and ego

I hope to see him very soon on new projects (tv and/or movies), Two and a Half Men is dead without his character.

Charlie was more than likely in that hyper stage of active denial, which is when you know you've fecked up, but you can't admit it, cuz your brain will blow up. He was probably on a crazy adrenalin high, & is now having to join the rest of the mere humans here on the ground. Hope he can pull it off with out becoming destructive again. Wish him good luck, hate to see any of my fellow earth dwellers down, even if you're from Mars!!

Need to have Sheen’s character, Charlie Harper die off with AIDS instead of a car wreck. AIDs would be more fitting for Charlie Sheen character.
