Post-breakup Paris Hilton reconnects with old friendA newly single Paris Hilton was feeling the love at a shindig for Charlotte Ronson on Tuesday, as the heiress was all hugs and smiles with former BFF/supposed frenemy Nicole Richie. According to TMZ, the two were seen exchanging hugs and hanging out at the Hollywood event. Hilton tweeted later, “@NicoleRichie, Bill, great seeing you tonight at #Iheartronson. You looked so beautiful! Love you. Love Sill The 30-year-old heiress, who is currently starring in the Oxygen reality show “The World According to Paris,” recently broke up with her boyfriend of one year, Cy Waits, and says that she’s now taking a closer look at her life. 'Mad Men' creator: January wanted a baby 'badly'When January Jones announced in April that she was expecting her first child, there was at least one person who wasn’t that surprised: “Mad Men” executive producer Matt Weiner. The showrunner, who Jones has said created the part of Betty Draper especially for her, told E! that the 33-year-old actress has always wanted to be a mom. "She has wanted this very badly," Weiner said. "She's got a big heart and she's been talking about having children since I met her, which is not always common with actresses.” 'Showbiz Tonight' Flashpoint: No jail time for LiLoThis morning Lindsay Lohan was brought into court after she failed an alcohol test during her house arrest. Lohan was not sentenced to jail today – but the Los Angeles judge told her that while drinking was “poor judgment...poor judgment is not a violation of your probation.” Lindsay being let off without any repercussions for this latest event has some people outraged that Lohan always gets off too easy! People cry “special treatment,” but I don’t think that is what’s happening here. She is, after all, under house arrest so it seems the system is working. Still, Lindsay apparently hasn’t gotten the message that she really needs to lie low. So do you feel sorry for Lindsay? Post below. Madonna comic book coming in AugustMadonna has been a fixture in nearly every genre of entertainment for almost four decades, and now fans of the material girl will be able to buy a comic book dedicated entirely to the star. "Female Force: Madonna" will be released in August 2011. Written by CW Cooke and drawn by Michael Johnson, the 32-page biographical comic book will focus on the pop singer's humble beginnings and the series of life-changing events that ultimately led to her becoming one of the most iconic performers in history. As part of the "Female Force" series, the quick read joins previous publications dedicated to other well-known women including Hillary Clinton, Oprah Winfrey, JK Rowling, Ellen DeGeneres and Sarah Palin. "Female Force: Madonna" will sell at comic book stores and online retailers for $3.99. 'Glee's' Cory Monteith: I'm not FinnCory Monteith wants to make it clear to fans that he has not led the life of "Finn Hudson," the character he portrays on the hit show "Glee." "I’m lucky on so many counts—I’m lucky to be alive," the actor told Parade magazine. In the recent interview, Monteith reflected on his troubled childhood which included the divorce of his parents when he was 7-years-old, skipping school and drug use by the age of 13. All that jazz (and hip-hop) on 'SYTYCD'Wednesday night's episode of "So You Think You Can Dance" was kind of a do-over for the top 20, and it actually worked out very well. While last week only had two, maybe three truly memorable routines, this week there was a slew of them. Sasha and Alexander's lyrical hip-hop performance by NappyTabs was a great one, as it was kind of a bookend to their "No Air" routine back in season four. It was also quite topical, with Alexander's character returning home from Afghanistan. Mary Murphy and guest judge Debbie Reynolds(!) were wiping away tears afterward. Sasha absolutely blew me away, to the point where she outdanced Alexander. Even so, terrific routine. NappyTabs' previous, harder-hitting routine was also a winner. So far, I'm really liking Robert and Miranda, even when they are playing woodpeckers. Hopefully the voters will agree. Lindsay Lohan arrives at courtAs you may have heard, Lindsay Lohan failed a court-ordered alcohol test, and the actress had to arrive in court today for a "conference," as the judge put it. (It's technically not a hearing, since a hearing would require notice.) The 24-year-old has been under house arrest since late May. Update, 2:38 p.m.: A Los Angeles judge ruled Thursday that Lohan's failed alcohol test won't be held against her because of an apparent technical error by a previous judge. The judge told Lohan she was guilty of "extremely poor judgement by having roof parties while on home confinement, but poor judgment is not a violation of your probation." FULL STORYLindsay Lohan stands up Matt LauerLindsay Lohan’s been open about what life is like under house arrest – giving an interview to Life & Style, filming commercials – but when Matt Lauer from “Today” showed up at her Venice Beach, California, home, Lohan clammed up. The New York Post reports that Lauer flew to Los Angeles on Tuesday to interview the 24-year-old actress, who is now due back in court because she failed an alcohol test again. According to the Post, once Lauer arrived at her home, Lohan wouldn’t come down out of her bedroom. An unnamed source told the paper, "They had been talking about it for a long time. But she refused to come down at the last minute. Matt was sitting in the chair on the first floor, waiting to do the interview with his crew all set up." The TV shows that just won't dieYou know the ones we are talking about. The series on television that, when you see a commercial for or someone mentions catching an episode of you have a moment of "Wait, is that STILL on?" Shows like MTV's "Made" that just got picked up for its 12th season. Honestly, did you know that series was continuing to transform geeks into prom kings and cheerleaders?
