Andy Cohen, Giuliana Rancic to host 'Miss USA'

Bravo executive Andy Cohen, host of "Watch What Happens: Live!" and all of those "Housewives" reunions will co-host the 2011 Miss USA Pageant with E! host Giuliana Rancic, according to an NBC press release.

Former "Dancing With the Stars" cast member Kelly Osbourne will provide fashion commentary throughout the telecast. Osbourne has served as a co-host of E!'s "Fashion Police."

The competition will take place at the Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada, and air on June 19. All that'll be missing from the set is the clubhouse.

I love Kelly Osbourne. I didn't realize how pretty and cool she was until dancing with the stars. She has a head on her shoulders and is very kind and humble. I am glad she is co-host of fashion police for E. She is a great choice.
