'Showbiz Tonight' Flashpoint: Are Kim K.'s lawsuit plans a mistake?Kim Kardashian is fired up today. NFL player Bret Lockett told In Touch Weekly that Kim has been cheating on her fiancé NBA player Kris Humphries with him! But Kim says that’s a lie and is threatening to sue Bret Lockett if he doesn’t retract his comments. Bret tells TMZ though that Kim is the one who is lying! I think it’s pretty simple. If the reports are false, Kim is not making a big mistake by threatening to sue. But if any part of Bret’s story is true – for example, if they really did meet but didn’t hookup - then Kim’s making a huge mistake. What do you think? Post below. Beyonce responds to album leakBeyonce still has three weeks to go before her album’s official release date on June 28, but some have already heard her upcoming album “4” in full. The record leaked in its entirety on Tuesday. It trickled out with the single “Party,” featuring Andre 3000, which was followed by the leak of “Countdown," according to the Los Angeles Times. Before long, the 12-track album was in circulation. It sounds like from the statement the 29-year-old singer posted on her Facebook page that she’s looking for the positive in this situation. Kim Kardashian denies cheating on fiance, threatens lawsuitThis week’s In Touch magazine alleges that Kim Kardashian carried on a five-month affair while she was dating Kris Humphries, the New Jersey Nets player she’s now engaged to, but Kardashian is denying all of it. The In Touch article claims that Kardashian, 30, had a dalliance with NFL player Bret Lockett, but Kardashian writes in a post on her blog that she’s never met the guy. "I knew when I got engaged that rumors and false stories were going to start, but this is RIDICULOUS!!!!” Kardashian writes, adding that she’s never “met, spoken to, texted, called or even heard of” Lockett. School's out, but the 'Glee' cast stays in sessionJust because McKinley High's done for the summer doesn't mean the talented "Glee" cast is taking a break. Fourteen of the show's cast members plus a couple of Warblers are staying busy with an international tour and plenty of other projects until the addicting show begins again in the fall. Although Chris Colfer is joining the main crew in the "Glee Live! In Concert!" tour throughout the U.S., U.K. and Ireland until July, the 21-year-old recently announced he has signed a two-book deal with Little, Brown Books. "When I was 10-years-old, I promised myself that if I ever had the opportunity to write this book, I would jump at the chance,” he said in a press release. “This book has been at the core of my imagination for a long time and I’m excited and nervous to share it.” Emma Stone on that time she auditioned for 'Heroes'Emma Stone may have played an outsider in “Easy A,” but the actress says that in real life, she didn't feel out of place growing up. “I sucked my thumb until I was 11, so I had this expander in,” she reveals in the July issue of Elle magazine. “I was a good-looking kid. I never felt, like, dorky. I was just like, ‘Yup, these are my braces. I’ve had them forever.’” The 22-year-old says she strives to be just as relatable on-screen. The Throwback: Did 'Teen Wolf' need a reboot? As Jordan Bienstock pointed out in his recap, if you looked for any similarities between MTV’s “Teen Wolf” and the 1985 Michael J. Fox movie when the new series premiered on Sunday, you didn't find much. First of all, there’s not even a Bateman sibling. Michael J. Fox played the title character in the mid-‘80s comedy while simultaneously appearing as Justine Bateman's brother, Alex P. Keaton, on the sitcom "Family Ties." Two years later, Jason Bateman (Justine's real-life brother) starred in the sequel, "Teen Wolf Too." Fast forward almost 25 years and a non-Justine Bateman sibling – fictional or otherwise – has been cast in the latest incarnation of the franchise. Andy Cohen, Giuliana Rancic to host 'Miss USA'Bravo executive Andy Cohen, host of "Watch What Happens: Live!" and all of those "Housewives" reunions will co-host the 2011 Miss USA Pageant with E! host Giuliana Rancic, according to an NBC press release. Former "Dancing With the Stars" cast member Kelly Osbourne will provide fashion commentary throughout the telecast. Osbourne has served as a co-host of E!'s "Fashion Police." The competition will take place at the Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada, and air on June 19. All that'll be missing from the set is the clubhouse. Leaving Las Vegas on 'SYTYCD'It may seem like it every year, but this was truly the most brutal Vegas week ever on Wednesday night's episode of "So You Think You Can Dance." One after another, dancers who wowed us in the auditions were told they had not made the cut, eliminating 160 down to 31. We said goodbye to Chase Thomas, "Princess Lockaroo," Mary Kate Sheehan (ouch!), "D.C." Chapman, Hero McRae, Patty Anne Miller (double ouch!), Chyna Smith, and Amber Williams (triple ouch!), among so many others. In the case of "D.C.," he begged to stay in the competition, and couldn't bear to face his friends and family back home. Debbie Allen gave him a pep talk saying he had nothing to be ashamed of and that she would help him out (one assumes at her dance school). 'Centipede II' director: It's a [bleep]ing movie“Human Centipede II (Full Sequence)” director Tom Six has a few words for the British Board of Film Classification, which has banned the sequel to Six’s “Human Centipede” film in the U.K. The BBFC claimed that the movie, about a man who gets “erotically obsessed” with the first film and gets the idea to create his own human centipede, was "sexually violent," "potentially obscene" and a “real risk” to moviegoers. The organization said that the film couldn’t be legally viewed in the U.K. even by DVD or download. But in an email statement to Empire magazine, Six reminds the BBFC that the movie's just make believe. ‘Top Chef: Masters’ salutes the troopsAs this season of “Top Chef: Masters” heads for the finish line of next week’s finale, I can’t say that the new format ever really won me over. But we have gotten a decent mix of interesting moments along the way. That was certainly the case last night, with an episode that was cringe-inducing and tugged at the heartstrings… both in good ways. For the final Quickfire, the chefs’ stations were split by a divider. The contestants had to prepare a dish in 20 minutes, but also talk a mystery teammate through preparing the same dish. Judging was based on both taste and how identical the two dishes were. |
