Gwen Stefani doubtful solo career has a future

Think back to the last time you heard a new track from Gwen Stefani. Been a while, hasn’t it?

Her last solo album, “The Sweet Escape,” came out five years ago, and it seems she's all but said "Hollaback" to being a lone musician.

The No Doubt frontwoman sat down with Entertainment Weekly for this week's issue along with guitarist Tom Dumont, bassist Tony Kanal and drummer Adrian Young, and explained that her foray into being a solo artist wasn't meant to be an ongoing thing.

“That was a moment in time,” she said. “It went on a little longer than we all thought it would because it was inspired and you have to go with wherever you’re at in that time in your life….everything works out how it should.”

Are you going to miss a solo Stefani?

Christina Aguilera abrasive on 'The Voice'?

Christina Aguilera may need to take some lessons from Jennifer Lopez.

While "Idol's" Lopez has used her time on her hit singing competition show to transform her diva reputation to that of a supportive softie,  Aguilera appears to be going in another direction.

The "Voice's" celebrity coach is coming across as a tad rude in her dealings with fellow judges as she talks over them, makes wisecracks and gets in a few eye rolls here and there at the expense of her male, fellow judges Adam Levine, Cee Lo Green and Blake Shelton. FULL POST

Summer thrills as 'Covert Affairs' returns

If you're like me, the dog days of summer entertainment in 2010 were made a lot more exciting by USA's smash hit series "Covert Affairs." It stood out among the "White Collars" and the "Burn Notices" with a top-notch cast, a season-long story arc that kept you guessing, and a realism that kept it from the obvious comparisons to "Alias."

Tuesday night's season premiere found Annie Walker, seemingly having found happiness with her ex, Ben Mercer, nursing him back to health in the hospital.

That happiness was short-lived, however, when the two of them had to escape assassins, making for one of the most exciting first five minutes of any season this year.

Khloe Kardashian apologizes for nip slip

Viewers tuned in to “Fox & Friends” on Tuesday saw a bit more of Khloe Kardashian than they probably bargained for.

The reality TV star was promoting the new season of “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” along with her sister Kourtney when she had a little wardrobe malfunction.

Kardashian, who was wearing a blouse partly made of sheer fabric, wrote on her blog after the incident, “As I’m sure you’ve all heard (or seen), I had a bit of a nip slip this morning on Fox & Friends! Whoops!!! My stylist Monica Rose DID tell me to wear a bra with that sheer top but being the naughty girl that I am I disobeyed and went bra-less.”

'The Voice' goes live on a high note

"The Voice" has done it again.

Every week I think there’s no way the contestants can keep wowing us, but last night was no different.

“The Voice” went live for the first time, kicking off the finals round and the remaining four weeks of live shows with 16 artists. That's four singers per celebrity coach on the panel.
