Supermodel Gisele Bündchen is all beauty and plenty of brains—according to Forbes, the Brazilian bombshell is poised to become a billionaire.
Besides raking in money by appearing in high-profile campaigns for the likes of Versace and Dior, Bündchen is also earning quite a few extra bucks by branding herself. So far, the catwalker has licensed her name to a number of products, including a jewelry and eco-friendly cosmetics line, and a line of sandals for Grendene. More recently, Mrs. Tom Brady also launched her own lingerie company.
According to Brazilian newspaper Folha de Sao Paulo, such endeavors could add as much as $19 million per year to Bündchen's already estimated $45 million annual income.
Perhaps Justin Timberlake played his role of billionaire Sean Parker a little too well in “The Social Network,” because the success of the film seems to have some confusing the film with real life, Parker tells the New York Post.
Timberlake's character is shown in the acclaimed film as one who parties while using cocaine, and Parker says "there's a certain pressure from the press and even from the people I meet to live up to that reputation that's been created by the film."
Parker declined to comment on whether he personally uses drugs, but did say that drug use "is an individual decision that doesn't hurt others, and it's a victimless crime as long as you're not hurting yourself.” What one is left with, he says, is “collateral [reputation] damage because it is stigmatized."
Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, who replaced Megan Fox on the set of "Transformers: Dark of the Moon," is bringing with her a whole new vibe, "Transformers" star Shia LaBeouf tells the Los Angeles Times.
"Megan developed this Spice Girl strength, this woman-empowerment [stuff] that made her feel awkward about her involvement with Michael [Bay, the director], who some people think is a very lascivious filmmaker, the way he films women," LaBeouf tells the Times.
"And I think [Fox] never got comfortable with it," he adds. "This is a girl who was taken from complete obscurity and placed in a sex-driven role in front of the whole world and told she was the sexiest woman in America. And she had a hard time accepting it."
Chelsea Handler has never been shy about cutting celebrities down a few notches, but the comedian insists she reserves her tongue-lashings for those who truly deserve it.
"I only have talked about people that I think are acting irresponsibly or are making fools of themselves," she tells the Hollywood Reporter. "There's no reason to talk about Reese Witherspoon. I've never talked about those people and anyone I've become friends with. I'm not going to be friends with them if they're idiots in the first place."
This might explain why Handler recently warned her good friend Jennifer Aniston not to associate with fellow E! network stars the Kardashians.
"Jennifer said she saw the Kardashians at dinner last night. She was like, 'They're nice,'" recalls Handler. "And I said: 'Don't get photographed with the Kardashians!' People will blame me for it!"
Despite recently being photographed with New York Jets quarterback Mark Sanchez, Hayden Panettiere insists she hasn't scored herself a new boyfriend.
"I swear I'm not dating him at all. Honestly. I'm a huge Jets fan and became very good friends with him and his buddies," she tells Us Weekly. "There's genuinely, absolutely nothing going on. I've always been that girl who has a lot of dude friends. I'm into sports so we have a lot in common, but no, definitely 100 percent not dating."
Panettiere, who previously dated heavyweight boxing champ Wladmir Klitschko and "Heroes" co-star Milo Ventimiglia, isn't surprised by the rumors that she's seeing Sanchez.
It's official: I love this season!
The talent we've seen so far on "So You Think You Can Dance" has been stronger and more unique than I can ever remember seeing in the show's history. Thursday night's Los Angeles auditions were no exception.
It all kicked off with Jordan Casanova, and I think Nigel Lythgoe said it all when he said it would be difficult to critique her routine without sounding like a dirty old man. You might remember that last year's winner Lauren auditioned with a similarly scorching routine, so we'll see if Jordan has the same level of versatility at the Las Vegas callbacks.
