Gwyneth Paltrow joins the 21st centuryThe celebrity Twitter-verse just got a new member: Gwyneth Paltrow. The actress/singer/frequent ”Glee” guest star joined the social networking site as well as Facebook on Wednesday. Thus far she’s said nothing more than “this is my first tweet!” and “M+A at coldplay secret gig new songs=genius,” along with a photo of her kids with husband Chris Martin, Apple and Moses, but Paltrow’s already amassed more than 71,000 followers. In addition to posting a photo of herself in a gigantic outdoor kitchen (she cooks, remember?) she’s also given us an in-the-moment account of her trying to catch a cab. “I’m trying to join the 21st century, so it’s me,” Paltrow says in the video. “I’m on Facebook and Twitter,” she said. “But not right now, I’m walking down the street looking for a cab.”

I just love this gal! From the minute I saw Flesh & Bone. She has really had no missteps in her career and she has co produced a lovely family and really seems to enjoy every minute of her life. And that is what is so appealling she genuinely lives in the moment and has fun with it and gives her best each time she steps out. I don't understand why people want to degrade others who are putting forth the effort in their lives and creating the world they had hoped to live in...aren't we all striving for that? Don't Hate Emulate ! (p.s.Just saw Country Strong and what a terrific cast! I was impressed with everyone's performance.)
Every time I see a photo of GP, I wonder why she went under the knife. She threw away her natural, distinctive good looks for a bland, mannequin-like face that is neither here nor there. what a shame!

I hate how she says "the way of today" is using that TWIT website. Just because its convenient doesnt make it a good thing. Id rather remember it when kids went outside to play cops and robbers...now kids can play cell phone espionage or "how to pi$$ off daddy by having a $400 phone bill".
