Blake Lively: Those nude pics are fakePhotos claiming to be of a naked Blake Lively spread across the Web Tuesday, but a rep for the actress says they’re not really her. According to Us Weekly, the images show a blonde woman taking photos of herself in the buff, but the 23-year-old “Gossip Girl” star’s rep says Lively hasn’t done such a thing. "The photos of Blake Lively which have just surfaced on various websites including Perez Hilton and Zap2it are 100 percent fake," her rep tells Us. “Blake has never taken nude photos of herself.” To top it off, she’s also pursuing “legal action against the publication which initially published these photographs and any other outlets that republish them in any manner,” her rep says. You can next see (a clothed) Blake Lively when “Green Lantern” arrives in theaters June 17.

She is not the type of young woman to lower herself to that level just because she is attractive and happens to be in the acting business. Those of you who made nasty comments need to take your dirty words elsewhere better yet keep it to yourselves. Blake is a classy young lady & she has every right to pursue legal action against the person or persons reponsible for spreading this garbage around the web.

Easily fake, look at the one where you see her face. Top of her head, hair and face are blurred but the bottom of her hair is not. Plus the cabinets in the back would be blurred too so yep these are fake as heck! Nice try though.

Lastly anyone who has a brain can search for blake pics on google or whatever and find tons of her pics in revealing outfits where you see her breast and no mole to be seen in the area where fake blake has hers

@John: there are other things to sue for besides copyright violation. Some options might be defamation, invation of privacy, false light, etc.

I do believe there's that whole defamation of character thing.
Defamation is completely inaplicable and she cannot sue for that. There is a reasonable possibility that they are of her – and to prove defamation she would have to 1: prove they are not of her and 2: that the person posting the pictures had actual knowledge they were not of her. It would likey be impossible for her to prove either. Rather, her only grounds for suit is 1: copyright if the photos are her (she would lose for any news type websites) and 2: possibly a right to publicity (you can win lawsuits where the photo is designed to resemble a person if the photo is used for commercial purposes (not celeb news purposes) – e.g., Vanna White won a lawsuit against a Samsung add that had a robot resembling Vanna White).

After looking at them, I'd say her primary concerns are the photography sux, the poses are trite, and that "hot bod" isn't as hot as she needs everyone to think it is.
